Interior fit-out of Unit G at 250 Main Street South for use as a paint-your-own pottery studio/retail use. Hours 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM with some exceptions for varying events. Light to moderate customer traffic. No commercial vehicles except small deliveries. Minimal noise, conversation/background music only. No exterior lighting changes. No odors, vibration, or hazardous conditions. Need to remove non-load bearing walls in order to have an open studio- walls were put up by previous renter (Empire Pavement, Inc.) in order to make separate offices.
