INTERIOR ALTERATIONS *EXTERIOR WORK NOT PERMITED UNTIL RECEIVE ZBA APPROVAL* 7/8/26 Owner performed work to the exterior after the stop work order. 7/8/26 Owner has hired Interscience and spoke to Richard Warren who is actively working on the application and is waiting on Squires and Holden to complete a new site survey and mapping so he can design a plan to correct everything. The work in the wetlands appears to require DEC approval as well as they brought in fill, planted trees in the phragmites, no silt fencing, generator, ac condensers, etc and disturbed the area in and within 150ft of flagged wetland areas. DM
