The gas valve knob was cracked, and the existing Kenmore water heater was outdated, making parts difficult to source. Replaced it with a new State 40-gallon natural gas chimney vent water heater, including a pan and plug. Installed new shut-off valves on both the hot and cold sides of the water heater. Replaced the gas shut-off valve. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
