Installation of an Energy Kinetics System 2000 Frontier 2 high efficiency oil fired boiler with Carlin oil burner with silent burner cover to replace existing boiler, and connect to existing indirect water heater. System to be set up for 5 zones of heat and 1 zone for hot water. Includes high efficiency energy manager that purges all available heat to be delivered to the home or hot water. Installation to include oil burner, burner air box, controls, expanded energy manager, back flow preventer, auto feed, expansion tank, zone control valves, venting, electrical and all necessary materials to complete installation. New boiler system to be connected to existing heat distribution system. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Heating and cooling equipment and appliances are to be sized to meet supplied heat loss report. Along with follow ACCA Manual S or Manual J methodologies calculations. IRC M1401.3 2.
