Installation of replacement LP Burnham Alta ALTA-150-1G00 95% direct vented boiler and 40 Gallon indirect water heater. This is to replace existing oil boiler. Boiler to include (1) zone for heat & (1) zone for hot water. Installation to include venting, near boiler gas piping, zone controls, to be connected to existing thermostats, heat and domestic hot water distribution piping, and electrical to complete installation of new equipment including start up and adjustment. LP service to be provided by others and is not part of this estimate. Gas piping from boiler to regulator is included for up to 20'.
