Remove ALL oil based heat appliance, oil lines and oil tank. Install a Rinnai IP199199C Combi Boiler and all necessary piping, circulators and controls to facilitate this installation. Also install 1 Rinnai 50 gallon electric heat pump fed by boiler to be used as hot water storage as demanded. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
