Installation of 1 Pure Pro Trio 3 Section Cast iron triple pass oil boiler with Carlin oil burner and Hydro level control. Also includes a Magnetic Hydro separator. Also included in this estimate is a stainless steel 40 gallon Heat flow stainless steel indirect water heater. New boiler to be piped for 1 zone heat and 1 zone hot water and provision for 1 future zone. Installation to include isolation valves, control valves, operating and safety controls, auto feeder, expansion tank, relief valve, backflow preventor, electrical, and venting to chimney. New boiler to be connected to existing heat loop piping. Installation includes draining, disconnecting, removal and disposal of existing boiler and indirect. Boiler will be installed on concrete block base and oil line and tiger loop will be configured for good accessibility on the new boiler. 8 Way water treatment to be added to aid in protecting new boiler and existing piping and radiators, valves and circulator. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
