Direct replacement of gas furnace & central air conditioning system with a Trane S9X1B080U gas furnace, a 5TTR4036A condenser, a 5TXCB004 evaporator coil over the furnace, and an Aprilaire 400 humidifier. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
