Remove & dispose of the existing EnerRoyal furnace. Install a Thermo Pride, front-flue Low-Boy furnace, Model #OL6FA072D48. The furnace comes with a PSC multi-speed, direct-drive blower, and a Beckett oil burner. Includes reconnecting the existing supply and return ductwork to the new furnace with all necessary transitions and materials. Install a new fresh air combustion kit, Model # CAS-2B, for make-up air. Install an all-new 3/8-inch plastic-coated copper oil line from the existing oil tank to the new Beckett oil burner. New 26-gauge 5-inch flue pipe from the furnace to the existing chimney liner adapter. electrical wiring of the furnace and a new GFI service plug on the furnace. Install a new medium backplate cover to the existing T4 Pro thermostat and reconnect to the furnace. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
