From the filingWE PROPOSE TO REMOVE THE EXISITNG INGROUND TANK AND TAKE SOIL SAMPLES. WE WILL THEN REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ROTH 275 OIL TANK IN THE BASEMENT. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
