We will remove and dispose of the existing boiler. We will install a new Crown Aruba natural gas boiler chimney vented boiler with a new 42 gallon Viessmann Vitocell indirect water heater in the same location as the existing. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
