Remove and replace the existing water heater in the exact same location and footprint as original with new A.O. Smith brand 75 gallon natural gas power vent water heater and controls. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
