Installation of a 4 ton Aspen R454B hydro air handler & matched 4 ton R454B Rheem air conditioner to replace existing equipment for first floor. Installation to include flushed line set, pressure test, recharge and start up. Additional cost if line set fails pressure test and needs to be replaced. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
