Building Group #3 Installation of water source heat pumps per plans and specifications. Zoning conditions are as follows: 1.) A final zoning inspection is required once construction is complete. 2.) No changes to size or location can take place without zoning approval. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.Heating and cooling equipment and appliances are to be sized to meet supplied heat loss report. Along with follow ACCA Manual S or Manual J methodologies calculations. IMC 312.1 2. Appliance installation is to follow all manufacturer’s instructions. IMC 304.1 3. Duct leakage test will be required prior to final inspection. IECC R403.3.6 4. Pressure testing of geothermal piping is required prior to concealment. CT general statue 25-128-39c
