From the filingNOTE: Final Cost affidavit is to be completed prior to closing permit DS 6/30/26 Demolition Remove electrical wiring located within areas scheduled for demolition. Disconnect and relocate existing electrical circuits as required to accommodate the new addition and structural modifications. Rough Electrical Install electrical wiring throughout the new addition. Provide wiring for general-purpose receptacles. Provide wiring for lighting circuits. Allowance for 6 Recessed cans. Install wiring for switches and controls. Coordinate electrical rough-in with framing and insulation requirements. Finish Electrical Install receptacles throughout the addition as shown on plans. Install switches and lighting controls. Install lighting fixtures supplied for the project. Complete all required electrical terminations and connections. Existing Home Integration Modify existing electrical systems as required to accommodate: New family room addition Wall openings between kitchen and family room Structural modifications associated with the addition Ensure all affected circuits remain operational after construction. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
