Remove existing roofing system down to the deck. Furnish and install a CertainTeed Sure Start Plus roofing system. Tape plywood seams. Furnish and install ice and water membrane six feet up from eaves, around penetration and in valleys. Install underlayment in remaining areas. Install flashing, step flashing , and ridge vent as necessary. 18SQ. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.
