Demo and rebuild chimney on right side of home. Install two new bluestone shoulders and new lead flashing at the roof line. A new cement crown will be installed with a multiflue stainless steel cap. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Installation shall comply with IRC 1001 2. Progress photos are to be submitted .
