Roofing

We will be stripping off all existing roof materials down to the structural decking, repairing any damage and installing a new weather tight roofing system. The roof is 17 SQ. We will be using Owens Corning Asphalt Shingles. Ice and Water goes up 6 feet. We do use Top Shield Aluminum Step Flashing. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
