Remove 2 piers supporting existing deck located on top of septic tank and move them to the right and left of septic tank. Calculate size for new beam and install new support beam and 2 new 12" concrete piers with 6x6 support posts and proper simpson ties. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
