New finish flooring and base trim in remodeled areas. New lighting and painting. 2 new exterior doors and 1 window replaced. Blanket permit total includes Construction 40k, Plumbing 5k, Electrical 5k Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.Provide information of existing floor joists. And how floor joists will be modified/supported for new kitchen island live and dead loads. IRC R501.2 2.. Provide Smoke and CO Detectors per IRC for alterations and additions.
