Renovation of 2nd floor full bath. All items in same locations. (Subs to pay own.) Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.Provide Smoke and CO Detectors per IRC for alterations and additions. IRC R314.2.2, R315.2.2 2.Provide safety glazing as required per IRC.
