Tear-off existing asphalt shingles and install new asphalt shingles 1. Number of squares: 19 2. Shingles: GAF Timberline architectural asphalt shingles 3. Ice & Water Shield: 5 rolls 4. Flashing: Galvanized metal step flashing 5. Other: Complete tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles. New underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, ridge vent, flashing, and GAF Timberline shingles will be installed. Any damaged roof decking found during the tear-off will be replaced as needed. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
