Install architectural Owens Corning Shingle. Duration Color:Onyx Black 8. Install Owens Corning ProEdge Ridge Cap Shingles in all ridges and hips same color as shingle choice. 9. Install new seamless never leak vent boots around vent pipe. Number: 1 10. Additional vents will be replaced: 1 Broan Vent 11. Properly step flash around chimney and install new lead counter flashing. Number of sides on chimney 3 12. Ventilation is properly working and will not be modified. 13. Current Ventilation on the house : Gables A1 to install new chimney crown A1 to repoint chimney all 4 sides 80sqft from roofline up
