Re Roof - Remove old shingles down to decking - Install new underlayment - 6' of Ice and Water barrier - Tape Seams on plywood joints - Install 27 SQ of Owens Corning 50 Year shingles. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
