Cover exposed plywood seams with 4in butyl tape, and cover that area with synthetic roll underlayment. Install new boot flanges on all vents. Roof house using Limited Lifetime Owens Corning Tru Definition Duration shingles using 1.25 inch nails with 5 nails per shingle. Metal edging to be used around perimeters of all rakes and eaves. (White). Chimney to be stripped and countered in lead. 17SQ Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
