Windows and Doors

We are installing 4 door units from Thermatru and18 nail fin windows from Mercury Excelum Inc. All windows are triple glazed with U-Factor .20 or better in the house and .30 or better in the garage. Tempered glass in required locations. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. U-factor shall meet code. Tempered where required.
