Remove existing siding, inspect & repair any deteriorated sheathing as necessary. Install minimum 6-mil house wrap, flash & seal around penetrations and at transitions. Fasten new vinyl siding using corrosion-resistant fasteners and install trim per manufacturers guidelines. Install new head wall flashing, apron flashing, rake and eave metal flashing, kickout flashing and door/window flashing. 25 SQ Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.
