Removal of existing bulkhead. Cut bulkhead foundation wall 18inch below grade. Jackhammer bulkhead slab. Backfill with trap rock. Install filter fabric for soil separation. Infill foundation door opening with CMU block with joint reenforcement. Seal exterior wall where opening is blocked with foundation coating. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Site shall be inspected prior to back fill.
