Remove subfloor in kitchen because of water damage. Install new OSB subfloor in the kitchen area. Make new opening in entry way into living room 8.5 feet. Install drywall on new opening. And repair any drywall that needs fixing in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. sand bath flooring and install new flooring in kitchen. Install new kitchen cabinetry, and moldings.
