Raised patio near egress 15" Your revisions to the previously submitted building plans have been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The revisions to the plans for the proposed work is approved based on the following conditions and is subject to field inspections: 1. Egress stairs shall be no larger than 8.25" rise and tread depth of 9" 2. Stair width shall be minimum of 36" 3. Handrail shall be required at 4 or more rises.
