We are installing 33 replacement insert windows through the house and garage. Tempered glass in hazardous locations. U-Factor .20 or better in the house .30 or better in the garage. We are also installing 5 replacement entry door systems from Thermatru. Non from garage to house. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.U-factor shall meet code. Tempered where required.
