Remove all existing shingles(31sq). Install 6ft ice and water from the bottom of the roof. Put 4 inch tape over the seams of the plywood. Cover with synthetic underlayment. Install new architectural shingles. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
