We are installing 29 window inserts from Mercury Excelum Inc. All units have a U-Factor of .18 or better and there is tempered glass in hazardous locations. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. U-factor shall meet code. Tempered where required.
