Add to existing front porch, Add 22' x 9 concrete with 42 inch perimeter footing wall, Fill inside with dirt and compact. 4 inch slab/floor. This will be pinned to existing concrete that is 10'x9. Finish concrete with solid stone veneer. Build overhang roof to match existing/extent existing. Add support columns every 8 ft under roof framing. Triple 2x8 perimeter shed roof framing to match up and connect to existing. 2x8 roof rafters with no second floor load. Add white pvc railings and wrap columns. Remove and replace full house roof with GAF architectural shingles. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
