UPDATED SCOPE: New Descriptions 1) Remodel kitchen. No change in sink location. 2) Renovate bathrooms. Expand the master bathroom by taking space from bedroom. Please refer to the attached existing and proposed 2nd floor plan. 3) Remove a closet in the first floor (non-load bearing), remove wall between the kitchen and dining room (load bearing) and add LVL beam. Please refer to the attached existing and proposed 1st floor revised plan and LVL beam calculation. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
