Construct a 16' x 32' inground Gunite swimming pool as shown on survey. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance and conditions apply. Temporary pool fence must be installed immediately after excavation, and remain in place until permanent barrier is installed within 90 days of excavation. Doors to pool enclosure must be equipped with UL2017 listed alarms. Pool must have auto-cover or ASTMF2208 listed pool alarm. Windows to pool enclosure must have window limiters. All fences and gates around pool enclosure must meet NYS code. Pool must be located on final survey with setbacks marked. Water receipt and original, stamped electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. SEPERATE PERMIT FOR PATIO OR DECK WORK REQUIRED. Contractor: Swimming Pool Pro
