Minor renovations to include siding & roof repairs as needed, rubber roof repair, new flashing, new drip edge, plywood & insulation, sheet rock, spackle & paint, new tile backsplash and repairs as needed in -kind. Special Conditions: Must provide original, stamped electrical underwriter's certificate if any electric is modified or replaced. Where wall cavities are exposed, exposed cavities shall be insulated full depth and have a nominal value of R-3 per inch, per 2025 energy code.
