Remove and replace approximately 60 linear feet of retaining wall supporting parking pad. Special Conditions: Must schedule rebar inspection for footing and wall prior to pouring concrete. Scope of work must reflect approved plans. Permit is for "replace in kind" only of the retaining wall. Contractor: Nery Perez
