Complete renovation of existing dwelling including existing basement to include new dormers, create new front entry vestibule, new retaining walls, 1600 sq. ft' patio and pavers with outdoor kitchen and relocate staircase all as per plans submitted & approved and install a new driveway and driveway apron. Special Conditions: As per terms & conditions of Near Shore Overlay District. As per SCDHS Permit R-26-0866 with max approval of 8 bedrooms total with of five bedrooms in the main dwelling. Blower door/duct blast test results, final updated green stamped survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. All exterior lighting to be "dark sky" compliant. Safety glazing required in window units 113, 113A, 205, 209, & 210. No asphalt or oil & stone permitted in Near Shore District. No work to be performed in existing pool house. Separate permit required for any other work not listed on this permit. Contractor: Wright & Company
