Renovate existing one story house, add a second story above existing garage and kitchen. Add all new windows, siding, roof, and HVAC. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS ref# R-26-1016 dated 9/8/26, for a maximum of 6 bedrooms, well & septic registry required. Exterior lighting to be "Dark Sky" compliant. Blower door/duct blast test results required. Will need soil condition report from oil tank removal company. Original electrical underwriter's certificate required.
