Accessory Structure

Demolish existing accessory sleeping-storage structure and construct a detached accessory structure with a one-bedroom sleeping area and workshop on ground floor and storage attic above per site plan, architectural drawings by Fifield, Paker & Elman. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS R-26-1053 dated 8.21.26 for max total of six bedrooms with no more than two in cottage. As per all terms & conditions of ZBA Resolution #01-2026 dated 4.1.26. Blower door test results, duct blast results, Septic Registry, final green stamp SCDHS survey showing all setbacks marked & original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
