Installation of an in-ground 12'x24' Gunite pool as per survey & site plan submitted. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction & remain in place & maintained until the final fencing is installed within ninety days. No dewatering allowed. Final updated survey showing all new improvements including pool equipment & drywell with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate & water receipt must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code & all other applicable regulation. SEPARATE PERMIT required for any patio or decking. Contractor: Binder Pools
