Construct a two-story, single-family dwelling, 5992 sq. ft.', with unfinished walk-out basement and a detached two-car garage as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Silt fencing must be installed immediately & maintained throughout construction. Surveyor must stake all setbacks & stakes to remain in place throughout construction. As per SCDHS approval, Ref #R-22-1589 dated 6.10.25 for maximum of 6 bedrooms and as per Town Board Resolution #2026-99 dated 3.4.26, and Town wetlands permit #01-2026 dated 3.3.26. Foundation survey must be submitted & approved showing all setbacks prior to start of framing. Elevation survey must be submitted & approved once uppermost ridge is set. All exterior lighting must be "Dark Sky" compliant. All exterior doors within future pool enclosures to have UL2017 alarms & windows within enclosure to have sash limiters. Final green stamp survey & final as-built survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked, blower door/duct blast test/ Septic & Well registry, original electrical underwriter certificate, water test result must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. SEPARATE PERMIT required for any swimming pool & associated patios or any other work not listed on this permit. Contractor: East End Timber Frame
