Construct a one-story addition with full basement for a primary bedroom and bath on South Side of existing dwelling, add new Bilco door on Southwest end. Adjust layout of first floor bathroom and install a new IA System. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake side yard setbacks and stakes to remain in place throughout construction and a foundation survey required prior to framing. As per SCDHS approval R-25-1943, dated 1.10.26, for max. of four bedrooms total. Original electrical underwriter certificate, Septic Registry and final updated survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
