Renovate 621 sq. ft. of interior primary dwelling and resurface 880 sq. ft.' of existing deck as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. dept. Special Conditions: Enlarging of pool deck not included on this permit and will need a separate permit with Wetlands approval. NO change in bedroom count.
