Upgrade existing building structure and create egress and convert to habitable space. Special Conditions: Not conditioned space & No Potable water or connection to sanitary system. Must install & maintain silt fence to prevent runoff. No Dewatering allowed. Foundation requires Full waterproofing not just damp proofing. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEM & must be completed & approved under separate permit pending approval by SI Fire District/Dept. Must meet all requirements of SI Site Plan review Resolution #2026-320 dated 5.28.26 & Site Plan stamped 6.29.26 by Jeffrey Feingold, dated 4.6.26. All lighting on property must be Dark Skies Compliant & fully shielded. Must provide final as-built survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked, including underground tanks, drywells & underground utilities etc. original electrical underwriter certificate, all fees paid for Environmental Consultant and must provide third party inspection by approved inspector of Sprinkler system prior to issuance of CO.
