Installation of a new 16' x 40' in-ground Gunite pool with an automatic cover and pool heater. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. Temporary fencing must be installed immediately at the start of excavation & remain in place throughout construction and until permanent fencing is installed within 90 days. Pool enclosure will require UL2017 approved alarms & all windows within pool enclosure require sash limiters. Updated final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate and water receipt must be submitted prior to issuance of CO & must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code & all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO.
