Complete demo & renovation of interior of existing dwelling, first floor approx. 1752.65 sq. ft.', second floor 1300.57 sq. ft., lift the house to add a foundation and Cellar, 772.26 sq. ft.' to become habitable area. new brick patio and walkways, 470 sq. ft.', new LPG tank, all as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Asbestos abatement certificate required prior to start of interior demolition. As per ZBA Appeal 09-2025 dated & approved 9.24.25. Cedar closet in attic, 177 sq. ft.'. Final updated survey must be submitted showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. All exterior lighting must be "Dark Sky" compliant. Must follow the traffic, parking & equipment staging plan as prepared by Sherman Engineering dated 7.15.25, Revised 8.5.25. & approved by ZBA and HPOC. Contractor: HF Swanson Construction
