Pool and Patio

Construct a 28' x 16' steel wall, vinyl liner in-ground pool, with auto cover and construct a 407 sq. ft.' patio and fence as per survey & plan submitted. Special Conditions: Surveyor must stake side yard setback and stakes to remain in place throughout construction. Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. No dewatering allowed. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction and remain in place until permanent fence is installed within 90 days of excavation. Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate and updated final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked and must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code, and all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO.
