Re-surface 683 sq. ft' of existing wood deck, re-tread existing wood stairs. Remove 80 sq. ft.' wood deck front right of dwelling, and construct new 1075 sq. ft.' paver patio. Construct wall around patio to support elevation change, less than 4'at deck connection and install new railings. Move existing gas lines to new area TBD on new patio and create steps from new patio to pool patio as per photos submitted. Special Conditions: Prior to installation of gas lines Building Dept. must be notified of location and inspected and letter from gas installer must be submitted stating lines were inspected and approved. Must maintain setback requirements. Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted. Separate permit required for any work done to pool patio or any other work not listed on this permit. Contractor: White Birch
